As the lead for "Special Projects", I took our design leader’s ideas for increasing productivity from vision to reality.
Primarily worked on PayPal's Console - an internal all-in-one platform hosting Developer and Data Scientist Tools.
Consulted with teams designing & developing tools for the Console, evangelizing and supporting their user research.

CASE STUDY:
A TREASURE MAP FOR THE PAYPAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE (SDLC)

Our quest - Guide Product Developers through PayPal's SDLC by creating an SDLC Treasure Map:
- An interactive SDLC diagram similar to an airline-safety card
- Timeline: Nov 2021 - June 2022
My design colleague and I met with experts to learn the intricacies of PayPal's SDLC
We designed and iterated the SDLC Diagram in lo-fi then hi-fi
Then created an interactive prototype of the SDLC Diagram using UXPin - similar to Figma and has robust scripting
To see if the SDLC diagram was viable, we conducted a user study with 16 participants with diverse PayPal roles
Based on the study's positive results, our Console PM & UI teams "green-lighted" developing the SDLC diagram
We partnered with them on the MVP released in July 2022
We measured the SDLC diagram's impact with Google Analytics from July 2022 - January 2023
